There was a company that made a 365GTB kit for the C3. That kit is not my cup of tea but it looks like it fits well! I would not do that to a C4 in good condition....that might make an interesting project for a salvage car though.

it does look pretty smooth. I would never want one but at least it isn't held on my duct tape and glue. and there aren't any gaps.
