I checked the spots (except for the gas tank) for the build sheets and found nothing but those holes. Where are they? ( http://www.stealing-fire.com/wes/html/build_sheet.htm ) Do you have to take off the wheel and fish for the front sheet or what?

Re: Checked the spots, no build sheets. (blk91)
Get em from the museum. I got the build sheet and copy of original sicker for mine. Makes great night time reading and is less painful than taking the car apart and digging around.

Is your car used??? The other owner(s) might have them!
You can not always just SEE the one in the front cross member! Take a coat hanger and feel around for it! You'll know when you hit it....then be patient and fish it out!!

I found mine in the front of the gas tank.. I took the spare tire out first.
I also bought the copy and the window sticker from the Corvette museum
Ditto Rick... usually tank stickers don't last very long where they are located. I agree that NCM is your best shot. I got the repro Window sticker too and had them both laminated. Found that my car came originally from Voss Chevrolet in Ohio. Pretty neat. Also the build sheet explains the RPO's a little better as compared to the sticker which only lists them... usually located under the drivers storage compartment door or in the center console...
