I just picked up a set of Z06 chromies and have yet to mount them on my Camaro (yeah I know but the offset is diff on my 87:o ). I going to clean them up really well and all I have is NvrDull. It'll do the job.
Im curious as to what you guys are using on your Chrome wheels for upkeep
Windex always worked great for me. I then follow that up with some 3m Perfect-It wax whenever I waxed the car and never had a problem. Chrome wheels are a breeze to take care of IMO.
I agree with what has been said. The only thing I would add is to use the least abbrasive as possible to clean/polish. Some 'chrome polishes' will put lines in the chrome. Never dull isn't bad, probably one of the least abrasive in those types of cleaners.
I agree. Just keep 'em clean. Waxing with whatever you use on your car's paint will make them easier to clean up, but is not required.

Also, for light dust on chromes (even for other wheels), I just keep a spray bottle of clean water in the garage, spray a little on and with a clean cloth, wipe it off. Keeps wheels looking good for a very long time in between washing of the car.
