The left fender will have to be removed. There are 3 torx bolts in the wheel well that need to be removed. behind the battery there is a 10mm bolt that holds the rear of the fender on and directly below it between the fender and rocker panel there is a 10 mm bolt that you will need a small wrench for. Do not remove this bolt just loosen. You can use a 8mm wrench for the battery or a battery tool. There also might be a battery hold down that will need to be loosened. Install in reverse but make sure the fender lines up with the door and hood before tightening the bolts. Good luck
If your 95 is like my deuce, your ecm will reset the learning codes from sensors to reset mode, which means you need to take the car out and drive it a bit to let the ecm relearn the functions, like idle, ac switching, etc. Take it out and drive it easy, probably easier than normal, and expect to do that a few times until the system learns again.
Others have told you how to do the swap. Here are a few tips about how to do it safely.
Lead-acid batteries produce hydrogen gas, which is highly explosive when confined (remember the Hindenburg).
Remove the negative connection from the battery before you remove the positive connection. This pretty much eliminates the chance that you'll accidentally short-circuit the battery to ground with your wrench.
Connect the positive cable first, then connect the negative cable (for the same reason).
Clean the cable terminals and bolts thoroughly before connecting them to the new battery.
Do not overtighten the cables to the battery, or you can easily break the internal connections (causing a battery failure and possible explosion due to an arc across the broken connection) and/or cause a seal failure between the side terminal and the battery case (causing acid to leak out).
Take care to not cross-thread the bolts into the side terminals.
There may be acid residue on the batteries, cables, etc. It will eat skin and clothing, and is especially hard on your eyes. It may also damage a surface that you might set the battery on.
I've had three batteries explode in my face, and I've seen it happen to others, too. I'm fortunate to be able to see and hear at all these days. Wear eye protection, and be careful.

Good summary. A 1/2" socket on the hold down bolt and 5/16" wrench on the battery cables work just fine for me, but I can't say for sure if they are metric or English. I removed my battery last night in 5 minutes, and expect tonight to finish installing the new one in about 10. It took almost as long to gather the tools. The only part that might make the job a pain is aligning the fender panel when it goes back on.
