Before I rebuilt my front suspension my VETTE was pulling to the right. I replaced all components but the sway bar, got her aligned and it still pulls to the right.
WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?
Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this big problem....
What all was replaced? Ball joints, tie rod ends, bushings, shocks?
Does it pull when traveling? Under braking?
If the rear suspension is as worn as the front, then a problem there could manifest as a problem up front.
The shop may have done a crappy alignment... or you may have a bent frame... I sure hope not, and seriously doubt it, but I don't know the history.
-Yes, it was 4 wheel and I double checked it with a camber/caste gage
-All was replaced
-It pulls while traveling, does not pull on braking
-I have not change the rear susp yet
-Bent frame,? All doors, hood and hatchback close and are aligned.
A bad tire or wheel can manifest as a 'pull' also. Can you swap fronts for rears for a really short test drive to prove or disprove this possibility? Good luck,

if you have the same size tires front and back, a rotation is ok.
Is not the tire pressure all 4 are equal
Is not the dragging caliper, I had two front on a jack yesterday checking on that and ball bearings.
Front tires are new
I agree with the other post about swapping the wheels from left to right. Although new doens't mean balanced right and the inner tread cords could be hosed but you won't know until you swap them from side to side.

Wait Marine!!!.......are you running unidirectional tires? If so just balance.
I'm now in NM in-route to the NCM and this issue is 'pizzing' me off I put 700 miles in the VETTE today and she gave me nothing but pleasure...besides this thread issue.
