Default problem

I have a 2002 'Vette.. I bought it used. I hae since put a K&N filter pack on. Throttle body bypass. Iridium plugs. New plug wires. Gr anatelli MAFS. Superchip power programmer. I just recently installed a BBK 80MM throttle body and intake manifold. Everything worked fine for a while. Now when I floor it I get a traction handling problem, check engine light light and reduced engine power message. I then pull over and turn off the engine. Everything is fine except I still have the check engine light. I turn the traction switch off and floor it and once again I get the same results. Any ideas what may be the problem.

I would start with the power programmer .Remove the info and put it back to stock .After you do that ,disconect the battery for 90 seconds and run the car.
