Cooling Fan Problems
I Have A 84 Vette A Bought Been Fixing It Up I Cant Get The Fan To Work When The Motor Is Running? I Have But In A New Relay, Fan Switch Sensor,coolant Temp Sensor Still Can Get The Fan To Work When The Motor Is Going. I Can Put A Jumper Wire Between A,e In The Relay Fan Comes On, I Can Put A Wire To The Fan Switch Connector And Ground It The Fan Comes On. Tested The Fusebox And Everything Is Getting Voltage But When I Start The Motor Up And It Heats Up The Fan Nver Comes On.the Only Thing I Can Think Is There Something Wrong In The Ecm ? Got Any Ideas ? Thanks

Wow does this sound like what i just went through.I was thinking it was my ecm also and replaced it but it was not the problem.I have a 90 so i know it's different but worth a shot.Check the ten amp fuse for the gauges that was the problem with mine also my gauges did work with the fuse blown hope it helps Tbone
