what would you guys pay for a 96 grandsport with 11K miles?

I would wait until the market cools off. I had been shopping for one but the asking prices seem to have shot up as soon as the weather started getting nice.
Take a look at the for sale section of www.grandsportregistry.com for a representation of current asking prices. There are 100+ Grand Sports registered for Corvettes at Carlisle in August. I had planned on going there to network with some of the owners in order to see what would pop up.
I came across a 37,000 mile immaculate red LT4 convertible and bought it instead. Drives the same as a GS but was much more affordable.

That's a tough one since the GS are one of the few C4's that are worth more than $20k. Is it Foo's car?(from the C4 For Sale section)

GS with 11k miles... Red or black guts? vert or coupe?

Starting around 25k just for the GS. Verts with red guts have been selling for 40k+ with low miles.. One even sold for $80K.

I'll sell you mine for $49,000.00

$29,000 to $32,000 with 11,000 miles black interior. $32,000 to $35,000 with bleeder interior. $35,000 plus for a vert.
