So, ok, someone bought it and put it in a garage. Plastic on the seats? Who in their right mind would leave plastic on the seats?
OK, the car. All '93s were called "40th" and had it stitched in the headrest, but is it a real, ruby red 40th Anniversary edition (which was an extra cost option)? If so, it's probably still not worth $29K, or more. If you want it, it's yours.
Maybe the question is: how much is a very, very low mileage '93 with those options, whatever they are, (and presumably in some kind of great condtion---but that's a presumption, not a fact!!) worth? $20K? $15K? $22K? $25K?

It's only worth that much if someone will pay it. Obviously someone needs to consider that it could have some issues from lack of use. Still, there are people who want cars like this and as long as you go in with your eyes open, it's worth more than the average '93, even a well cared for one. It's only a guess but I'd say it's worth $20K at the absolute most.
