c4 brakes overheating

92 vett 96k miles brakes tooo hot to touch after driving about five (5)
miles, Smells hot-hot-hot ! Parking brake handle does nothing when
applied, brake light indicator stays on continously.

Just maybe. Brakes are dragging, maybe warped rotor? Try sticking your foot under the brake pedal and pulling up. See if it makes a difference. Ask me how I know.

Just the rears getting hot? Park brake is not releasing, check the cables for hanging up. Fronts hot too? Master cylinder or pushrod adjustment.

Is it all the wheels or just the front or rear or just one wheel? If it's just one wheel check for a sticking caliper.

Rebuild calipers if sticking.

Also be sure your wheels are mounted properly, I've seen people with the left's on the right and the rights on the left, and their brakes were overheating.

Are you 100% sure that the e-brake is releasing?
