Default Rear view mirror flop

Just did a search. Looks like there is nothing I can do but get a new one or glue it. Think I'll glue it first.

Expensive sucker it is though. Just got those plastic chrome lug nut covers and my wife saw the bill. She was like couldn't believe they cost $45.00. I think the Mirror is over $100.00. She just doesn't get it. Wait till I get new wheels.

It's funny but I was trying to do that same thing yesterday for an on/off switch for one of our building fans. Didn't work. And was very scary working on an open 480 volt 200 amp panel.

Couldn't shut down that panel as it is connected to other things that where running. Had to get the fan back on line. Used a 2x4 notched to fit the adapter. Very scary flipping that sucker on. Found out that they don't make the part any more. have to make one myself out of billet aluminum. Klockner Mouller went out of business.
