If so could you post some pics of result & list if you are happy with the product?

No one has installed any trim kits? This is the first time I've ever posted & didn't get at least a smart a$$ response.

I purchased my 1990 3 months ago and it already had a wood dash trim kit on it. I like it and don't plan on removing it - mostly because I am too lazy to jack with it and I think that it looks nice. I added a travel buddy cup holder (the factory ones suck) and an info center cover. I could go either way on this issue - Pureist Resto or Custom. My interior is Saddle, but here are a few pics:

Thanks DG. I live in FL now, but I lived in Haslet - between Fort Worth & Denton till 2001. That area really rocks! I go back to Cowtown when i can.

While this may be a kind of noobish question, what is creating that corvette logo and name in the second picture? Ive never seen that screen in person before, is it a cover?

Its a clear plastic shield that cover the drivers info center. It still lets you see all the necessary info.

They come in a several different styles.

Yes, it is a clear plastic cover. You just press it in the hole in the dash trim over the info center & it is held in place by friction. They have a few different logos & logo colors. I purchased it from Ecklers Corvette. I think that it was around $20.
