Default paint help

Hi

My car is Polo Green and I had it waxed a couple of weeks ago. Now every smallest mark in the paint looks like a hard water mark. How do I fix this or just keep waxing it? It did look very nice when I got it back but after a couple of washes these started to show up.

You may want to check in to the Car Care Forum section...more info than a normal person can absorb

A suggestion might be to do a complete Zaino job (or polish of preference)...start with a "dawn" wash to remove polish/wax...then clay bar...then build up polish of choice from there...you'll be amazed at the results. The clay bar removes the water spots etc. and the finish is incredibly smooth ... I used Zaino Z5 to remove swirl marks and then alternate Z6 and Z2

Good luck

I would add, after claying it use Zaino ZPC and a PC-DA buffer to polish the entire finish then put Zaino Z5 Pro on it.

A PC-DA will run you about $115 plus a pad kit from Sonüs (bettercarcare.com).

Hence the results:

Clay bar works well. You can also try a "cleaner" wax followed by a polish.

Good luck,
