87'Dash Pad Question
Why do I keep seeing passenger side dash pads on eBay for an 87'? Which by the way has 11 new parts pages in the last 2-days, its swamped. Mine does not have one. Was it an option? Or did someone pull a switch?

Mine has cracked around the ridge across the top and looks real bad. I will replace it with the flat panel. I think the flat panel it looks like what the designers had in mind in the first place. All in due time as I have other repairs in the que prior to that one....rear carpet, seat covers, door weather strip, front spoiler, maybe a dash cap, head liner repair (again), rear hatch trim, interior door panel repair. All for an 87 DRM with fresh paint, all new bulbs, new logos, new starter solinoid, radiator pulled and cleaned, new MAF sensors, new coolant sensor, new passenger window regulator, new hatch weather seal, new brakes in a 70k mile work in progress, I guess. For about 2K more she should look the way she suppose too. Then we get into the bolt ons. By then I'm going to need a new wallet. Someone should have told me about the addiction prior to purchase, too late now I guess. I'm guess i'm just going to have to do it. It must be done. This is NOT a complaint, I got it for the fun and hobby. Boy is it fun.
