Remove the fender, there will be three(or 4) bolts in the wheelwell,one on top and one underneath that is barely visible.
DOn't listen to the others about bending back the fender or going through the top by removing the PCM and cruise control, removing the side fender is much easier. For the bottom bolt, you only need to loosen it enough to remove the panel.
Then you have the battery hold down bolt and the terminal connections.
