I fired up my car lastnight on jackstands and it ran fine, Ow I also had it on a charger cause the batt was dead. Well today I Took it off the stands and tried to fire it up with no relults. The batt is reading at 11.5 volts and its a optima so it should crank. Help Any ideas??

Having 11.5 volts when measured with a multimeter means nothing. What a car needs is amperage. That's why you always look for the biggest battery that fits your car, along with checking what the cold crank amps are.
You need to check your load and not your voltage. Use a load checker like this one at Harbour Freight. http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=90636
Quick check for the battery. Turn on the headlights, if they are nice and bright, try to start the car. If they dim or go out, it's the battery. If the VATS had it off, it would / should start in about 10 to 15 min for sure. Your amp seem low, they should be high 13 or 14 most of the time
You have a dead battery or a bad cable connection to the battery. Lead acid batteries are considered dead when the no load battery terminal voltage is at 12.0 volts or below. That you charged the battery and the terminal voltage is not above 12.0 volts tells me that you have a battery at the end of its life, or you have a poor battery cable connection to the battery terminals which I doubt.
