Has anyone ever replaced the motor linkage shaft bushings. Not the gear bushings. Do you have to take apart the whole thing or can you slip them over the shaft. I've been trying for an hour and I can't get it. Don't want to wreck them.

You have to take the whole headlight assembly apart, well not totally, but you have to take the motor off and then the main headlight part to get to them.
