missing speakers???
I recently pulled off the dash pad on my 89, and was surprised to see that there were no speakers underneath the grilles in the pad. I do have speakers in the doors though. What's with this? Should I have 3 pairs of speakers, or were the dash speakers part of some optional sound package?

I'm going to assume you have the blose system, and nope there are no speakers in the dash w/ blose(bose). Pretty amazing considering my Dodge truck has six Infinity speakers from the factory, and its not even an extended cab! :cry

No there are no speakers under the pad. I thought the same thing when I got my Vette. Now I'm thinking about just doing away with the whole Bose system. :mad :mad :mad
