91 injector replacement

Ok,found a bad injector so i am going to replace all .Since i have gone this far,I am replacing the intake manafold gaskets,thermostat,tensioner pulley.
I also want to port the runner tubes to match the manafold .
Should i also match the tubes to the plenom? And should i replace runner and plenom gaskets, the old ones look good.
Any help would be great.
