had a leak at the back of the fuel rail, where the Cold Start Valve assy attaches to the fuel rail. Helms shows O-ring seal 104. Checked around at Chevy dealers and no luck here in WA, Did reach Superior, and they can order the set for me, but will be a week or so till i get it. Check Shucks, Napa, lowells, Depot, and no luck.
Anyone had to substitute the o-rings? or anyone have a spare in good shape that's available...
I used 2 small o-rings from a universal o-ring assortment. It worked fine.
Yea I hear ya... just got back from napa and picked up 2 pkgs of universal. When you did it, did you find that the seal around the tip or the OD fit to the rail was best...
Thanks a bunch bud, i'll keep on checking. Chris @ Superior called back and he found a complete set of the cold start o-ring kit, but still next week...

The rings I used had a snug fit inside the yube and had to be stretched over the nipple end.
