motor or relay

On my 86 the wiper delay stoped working, but it still works on regular and high seting. Could it be my wiper motor relay or the wiper motor going bad ?

thats the relay. the fact that it still works on high shows that the motor still works. i have heard that a non properly grounded wire can cause the problems that you are having.
