Which designs went with what years? Turbines,Cuisinarts/Salad Shooters, Sawblades. Just want to make this clear. I think I know but I'm not positively sure. Thanks

Turbines 84-87
Salad Shooters 88-90 (exception was 88 whose base suspension came with one-year-only unique wheels)
Sawblades 91-96.
The ZR-1 wheel was unique from 91-95 and that same style wheel was available in silver on the 96 Collector Edition and Black on the 96 Grand Sport.
The ZR-1 90 wheel was the same as the stock Corvette 1990 wheel except for the width and especially the "deep center" on the rear.
You should be able to find pics at the online catalog for www.corvettecentral.com
Here is a pic of the 16" 1988 wheel:
The '90 Z had the salad shooters, but the 91-93 had the sawblades like the normal C4 but in the 11" width for the rear.
Also 91-92 sawblades had painted centers where 93-96 had a machined finish.
The 84-85 had different color centers than the 86-87. As stated above the 88-89 were the salad shooters like the 90 but with a removable center cap to gain access to the lugnuts, but the base suspension 88 had the one off 6 hole wheel.
The 94-95 Z had the 5 spoke like the 95 Pace Car and the 96 CE and GS(GS being black of course).
The only other special wheel I can recall were the 88 anniversary wheel which was the same as the 88-89 but white.
