Not when it's compared to the cars it was built to compete against.

84 slow
Yes, rated at 205hp at the wheels they produced an average of 150hp. GM had spent millions on the Tuned Port so the Crossfire was an interm designed with restictions on intake and exhaust. For the 84 check out two other forums "Crossfire Forum" and "X-Ram intake" for detail on the 84 and mods.
