I checked your mods and you've got the k.n. already. How about a cut lid ? You might be able to find a set of roller tipped 1.6 rockers used for $100.00 ??

I'm sure you're not going to like what I have to say, but I highly doubt you'll be able to get anything worthwhile for under $100.

There's 'snakeoil' mods you can install, such as the airfoil, but you'll be better off writing me a check for $100 for advice, rather than purchasing this product. Most inexpensive add-ons are virtually worthless. You'll need CASH to doing anything substantial. One of the best products you can install to free up horsepower, is a performance cat-back exhaust system. Another is long-tube headers. And of course, if you have the funds, stroking the motor and installing all the necessary parts that go with it will give you oodles or power and torque.

Save your $100 and wait until you have saved a bunch of money. Then, make your investment.

Pull that restrictive intake off and do some porting on it. That's a very inexpensive mod.

Also, knocking the insides out of your catalytic convertor is a freebie.

Those are all great things to do, but I think everyone here was thinking performance mods.

I bought a real nice steering wheel cover for about $40.
I also have the cheapo $100 headers on my car. They work just fine.

A mod to me is anything different than stock, even including those performance plates on everybodies ashtray doors. HP/LBS-FT numbers, or those stick on l98 5.7 rear bumper strickers.

Don't cheap out on safety. Rotors that cheap for our cars, no way would I trust them.

We had an incident here a few weeks ago where rotors were exploding and falling apart.

I'm not a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" especially with the dreaded corvette tax, but even the factory replacements will run you about $200 or so.

The Optima Red Top is a gel battery, if you still have an AC Delco battery, it won't last much longer.

keep the $100 in your wallet, you'll just be burning money for no return.

save about $3-5k and come back when you're ready.
