Thinking about a set of chrome rims, with baby moon
hub caps, for my ride.
Can it be done? Would it look good?

But I'd just be showing you more of what you see on every other Corvette out there. You seem to wanna take the road less travelled. More like a dirt path!
Find someone with the wheels you want, and snap a couple digital pics. Then, find someone with Photochop skills and have them chop the wheels on your car. See if you like 'em.

Ive never seen a set of moons on a vette except some C1 and C2's. Depends on your personal taste.

It would certainly look different. I ran baby moons in the 70's. Seems kinda dated for an '89 but if you like 'em go for it.

How about a set of Rally style wheels as came stock on the 67 Vettes. I think you can get them in 17" now at some of the wheel companies. Might look very cool and retro also.
