alignment questions
I just lowered my car with the kit from mid-america and now I went to car-x to get an alignment done and the car ended up being too low to drive onto the lift. So they gave me a number to another place so I called them and they told me that it would cost $50 something to do the front and $70 something per hour to do the back so I asked them how long it usually takes and they said four hours. I thought that seemed really high. So where do you guys go to get yours done.

Take some 2X12s with you (short pieces) to 'ramp' it to their ramps. You won't fit on anybody's ramps now that it is lowered. Well, maybe some but that would be the exception, not the rule. I got the Firestone lifetime alignment at special of $107., normally about $140. I am fortunate to have a great Firestone store nearby that works on lots of vettes and has ASE Master Techs. That doesn't mean your local Firestone is good though, they vary widely.
