Took the Bird Gauge thing and designed my own setup... Still a work in process, but though i'm at the form and fit stages, so figured its time to show it...Lights and layout done, just wiring to connector and mount test..

Reason: Update
How about the custom gage color like the new rustangs?
Lighting uses 12vd Radio Shack lights, Blue (tac/speed/gauges), green (turn signals), Red (hi/Low beams)....should look sweet, did a mock in photo shop from pic and did the lighting behind, and came out sweet
Lighting back (still needs 2 blue)

Im curious to see how it comes out. I learned to apprecite the digidash as a novelty in its day, but a simple analog dash has always screamed "performance car" to me.

Nope! But Vinnie does awesome work so I'm interested to see what he comes up with now.
Thanks man....
Redrose (cf) was the electrical engr for this project, he designed all the electrical parts and connectors, allowing it to be a plug & play into the existing harness.
I took the mechanical and physical side and engr what you see, allowing it to attach to the C4 face (with mod) & bolt directly into the dash, thereby allowing a complete replace of digital or analog without any mod to the dash.
Like the layout, lighting sounds great. Post a picture of the finish product with lights off and on.
I have no problem with the digital dash BUT I'm surprised some company has not come up with a direct plug in analog replacement considering the problems posted here.

I would be super interested in the technical aspects of play-n-play. I like the diga dash but there is just something about gauges.
Well did the final form and fit, Gauge cluster assy no issues, C4 install fit - no problems or issues - perfect fit to the area and attachement with existing dash install holes...
Only issue I see is that the speedo only goes to 120 MPH But seriously that looks killer, very nicely done, I'm sure that it will look even cooler in use and lite up at night, besides being much more functional I'm sure.
