Default help...brake problems??

Ok so leaving this morning to go to work and when im pulling out of the drive way i feel/hear a small grind from the front brakes. I had them checked about 2 months ago guys said they are fine no need to replace them yet. The grind is only from the front and only at speeds under 20mph. if im going 60 or so and start slowing down for a red light the noise/feel isnt till the very last bit of the stop at slow speeds. any ideas cause im stumped. also rubbed my finder of the disk the best i could feels nice and smooth and still stops just like it did before the noise/feel. the only diff now is that i have this stupied grind noise.

Pull a wheel off the front and check the brakes. There is a small tab on the disk brake pad that will start to rub against the caliper before the brake is warn down to the rivets. If this is rubbing, it is time to change the brakes pads. This is ususally located on the back side of the brake pad toward the engine.

Use the jacking points under the rocker panel shown by arrows. I usually place a rag or cardboard on the jack right before it touches the frame rail. Try no to get on the rocker panel and secure it with a jack stand or two to make sure it doesn't fall. Be sure to loosen the lug nuts before lifting the wheel.
