Paging SCORP! : underbody flush
Scorp,
can you tell me the particulars of how you do flush your underbody (i mean your vette's) during the winter??? do you jack your car up and then the garden hose thing?
i constantly hear "use diluted water" but hey, one, where the heck do you find it (esp. since i don't even own a house yet), and two, does this mean i'm doing major damage everytime i wash my car with "regular water"?
also, what should i be careful not to douse (like the opti).

looks like you're doing the same thing that i did with my camaro while in wisconsin. i was only there for two years, so i wasn't sure of the long term effects.
i heard that the layer of ice that forms after the underflush really gives some nice anti-salt protection.
you don't run snow tires, do you??

Being the lazy guy that I am....
...I washed the undercarriage at the "do it yourself" car washes. Just hold the wand under the car and move around. Looks great!
