Window ribbon sealer will work. It's black and comes in a 15' roll, very gooey, tar like, and black. Check at pep boys.

You have to remove the aluminum panel, after that its easy. Be careful putting the door back together. You have to get all the wiring harnesses in just the right spot to get the door panel back on.
