Stock TPI, no superam... mudstained faded carpet. No paperwork on motor?? His hp and tq figures..... I cant see Lingenfelter combining a "lumpy" cam with a stock TPI...Not his style.
Either someone took the intake off or this guy is full of it.
: ...Definitely built in the 80's... That car has been together a long time..
Updated front and rear clip, 89 wheels. Has the trademark Borlas that Lingenfelter liked.
Not saying its good or bad, but he can sure talk up a car
What I was looking @ also was the body . front and rear bumpers seem to be 91 > but car is an 85 ? and the add says ...... All stock body Hmmmmmmmm.....

Did somebody say Frankenstein? Looks to me like 12K to buy it plus another million dollars in stress to keep it going. I can't see any future value in this car unless you get it for the value of a true 85 and you have the expertise yourself to do whatever it needs or is going to need going forward. Personally, I'm in this for the fun of driving and owning a C4 not to create projects for the rest of my life, but some people want to be involved in projects and that's ok, to each his own. .

I am not validating the car here however, the "early" Lingenfelter cars had "big runners" as this car seems to show - The SuperRam was not introduced until ~ 1990 so if the car was done prior to that, it would not have the JL-1 intake

I hope this helps
You are right....Aftermarket runners its hard to see the gap between the runners, hard to tell from the pic. I thought they were stock, suppose I could be wrong.
