Default No A/C problems......

Living in South Florida A/C is a must and it must work well. After a full flush and replace with 50/50 distilled and Dex, cleaned out the radiator, installed a Big Mouth Air Dam and an install of a new thermostat the air is so cold I can't keep the temp on max on the control. Also changed all hosed that move coolant.

One of the above worked real well.

Most likely this was the culprit, but I'm not sure what the cooling system has to do with your A/C though?

Glad your AC is pumping out cold air, but none of the above has any effect on the air conditioning system.
Are you implying that the AC was not working well before the above work?? Or are you saying that doing all that didn't hurt the AC??

Larry, I realize the above shouldn't effect the A/C but the cooler temps in the engine compartment and additional air comming into cool the radiator, has made the air condictioner freeze me out.

Guess i'm saying enough work to the cooling system has caused the a/c to work better that it has ever worked. The objective was to have an efficent coolant system and the secondary effect was the a/c runs colder.

Mine works pretty good, but I wouldnt want it any colder. Previous owner had it retrofitted with R-134.
