Default Window Alignment, Etc. / Help!

About 4 yrs. ago my passenger side window relay mechanism was replaced.
The first 2 or 3 yrs after, the loose, rattling window was finally adjusted
properly. Now, for the past 6 months, the power door lock hasn't worked —
very loose in the side door panel. Recently, this past rainy weekend, when
opening and closing the door with the window all-the-way-up, the door felt
like it was dropping when I opened it and banging the keeper, etc. when
closing. Only when I lowered the window, the door opened and closed normal.
I noticed the top-left corner of the window was actually hitting that short
side panel that's between the rear window hatch and the window in question.
After having little or no success at the dealer, I was thinking about tackling
this problem myself. Would this be an easy fix? Any helpful advice?

It's probably the front window track that's broken. It's a $12 part you have to get from the dealer and it took me about 1.5 hours to change out. Fairly easy job, except it's hard to get the nut off the plastic track that's behind the window and nearly impossible to get to.
