They are different. I think you will have to use C5 calipers in order to use the rotors...

You will need C5 calipers, caliper brackets and some sort of adapter to mate the caliper brackets to the C4 spindles. For street driving the J55 brakes are good. Just put on a good set of after market pads and you'll be set.
