I have an 86 vette i purchased earlier this year, car is mint and has been well taken care of and documented. I have the window sticker and build sheet from the corvette museum saying it was built for someone or for a special purpose, hence a lot of upgrades, performance gears, hd rad, oil and tranny cooler, etc. What gets me is on the beam behind the doors it is enscribe with the word corvette and is what seem to be just anodized alum, and has plastic trim outlining it. I have searced endlessly to find any others like this and all attemps have brought nothing. Any ideals or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help, and I love this site.
