It has been over a week and you haven't responded to my emails. Almost two weeks since you sent me a bin. When can you send me the correct one? If you are too busy to provide service what about providing a refund and I will have someone else do it?

Just came across this thread....usually am not in the general section - 85vet called and let me know this was here...otherwise I would have responded sooner.
As you mentioned our last email exhange was a while ago and we were discussing your possible CAT smell; that was evident from the EGG smell you had during idle....then things went quiet.
