Buy only GM parts, do not use the aftermarket ones, especially the Ecklers ones. They won't fit properly and are a bitch to get on without bending them.
i replaced mine took maybe 15 min after i removed the door panel. all i have to do is drill out the old rivits pull out the old seal and line up the clips and the holes and replace the rivits. then replace the door panels the it was miller time

I bet I can take any 15 minute job and make it at least 2 hours. I always seem to find a way to make it harder than it should be!
I did the one on my drivers side door. I bought the aftermarket one's from M/A. Just make sure to use a stop on the drill about an eighth inch up so you don't find the drill coming out the outside of the door panel.
