Ive seen black, white, (of course) blue, but not often do I see red with maybe a big black grnd sport stripe, or some different color GS hash marks.Or even black lettering on the rear bumper. Anyone have pics?
over the winter, i am going to do a grand sport stripe on my red 91' in flat black
A semi-gloss or a mate finish would better. You can't wash flat black everything sticks to it, including but not limited to the towel you use to dry the car with.

This summer I put dual white stripes on my red 89. I'm not digital equipped, but look at the white GS stripe on the above vette, split the stripe in half - leave the gap red in the middle of the and the 1/4 inch stripe goes around both larger stripes. The front stripes are complete just to the edge of the front black trim and the rear just goes over the rear lip.
Mine are vinyl and the guy that did it --- super super job. The white stripe really sets off all the red.

I really like red in a `vette. My current ride is a yellow `87. I am picking up this `94 this week to add to the stable. its only got 63k miles on it, & all the mechanicals are stock. The soon to be prievious owner had these stripes put on it, & then had the entire car clear coated & buffed out. He said he got the front end stripe idea from a "Hammerhead" Vette concept car, which I can find no record of. I`m trying to decide wether to leave it as is, or have the nose repainted. Its an excellent paint job, & I don`t want it screwed up
