What parts actually constitute in the lowering of the vette. I bought a suspension from another forum member and he supplied all the hardware with it. I am hoping that will un-lower my car so with the other hardware that will be coming off I will put it up for sale but I want to make sure that I include everything.
To raise the back just turn the bolts. To raise the front you'd probably need to put a thicker wedge in the spring or put the stock one back in. You do not need a whole new suspension and the total cost for wedge in front would be very low.

Agree with the above. If you want, just buy a used front spring that still has the wedges. You can get those for 100 bucks all day long.
Thanks Guys. I'm changing the springs because the suspension feels slushy. Car 110k on it so I guess piece of mind more then anything. I know I do not want the car lowered anymore.
Why lower a vette ? I guess if I had a car for drag racing only it would be smart to lower otherwise I just dont get lowering a vette. But to each his own. When I raced late models in the 70's and 80's you lowered the car 3 inches by cuting off the dropped rear section of the stub( the part that hold the engine and trans mission on a camaro/firebird) and then welding the stub to the rollcage. Then rewoked spindles lowered the car more. Sorry for the useless info just bored today.
