Default Injector advice

I recently had a couple injectors replaced on my 1989 and a fuel pump and filter. My car ran great after a previous rough idle problem and lack of power. Now the problem is back and the shop says I have a couple injectors that are acting intermittent and need to be replaced. I read somewhere here that the GM injectors are junk but I tried a search to find some info on good ones, and came back empty. Can someone please give me some ideas or suggestions??

1989 vette right? Sadly enough you have the high failure rate/unservicable Multec injectors (89-91). Having a couple of them replaced the first time is where you made the mistake. You only real option is to purchase new injectors (if they are bad). If you don't plan and significant modifications in the near future...go with the stock lb rating (22 lb I believe).

As far as advice on what injector to get. I have only replaced mine one time with Accel. The injectors work fine and down leak. Others state to have bad experiences with them though.

I highly recommend the Ford injectors. If you do a search in this forum you will find quite a few posts about injectors. Jegs has a good price on the Fords.
