He took a wedge that was made out of Teflon, put a thick rag between it and the halo and slid the wedge right behind the door glass near the top which opened it up about 1/4". He then slid a "rod" coated with teflon through this opening and pushed the electronic door lock forward and unlocked the door.

I did this this weekend after I put a door panel on
I went inside and got the spare key and unlocked it
My PKE fob sits in a drawer with the battery removed
I hate PKE it is a PITA
