Well getting a bit more nose while turning then i should and, i pop the hood sure enough its a little low. Any suggestions on what type of fluid to put in her?
Don't do like I did...I decided to change out my PS fluid so I searched all over and bought OEM synthetic which the manual called for...cost me $9.00 per quart!....got home from the 90 minute roundtrip to the only chevy dealer who had it, read the label and, lo and behold, the OEM stuff is partial synethic!!!....I was so pissed I drove back to the dealer and got my money back...
When I got back home I went to the part store and bought Valvoline Synpower (partial synthetic) for $2.75 a quart and it worked just fine...
Power steering fluid is pretty generic...There is really only Regular power steering fluid which just about everything uses and Honda power steering fluid because they build their racks some special way I guess.

I changed mine out to the Valvoline 75000+ stuff. It's supposed to help the seals out. It took 2 quarts using the turkey baster method.
The easy way to do this is to use a turkey baster and suck out as much as you can. Make a note of how much you took out with the baster and replace it with a good synthetic, such as Valvoline Synpower. Then drive for a few miles. Then again suck out as much fluid as you can with the baster, making note of how much you removed. Replace this amount with new PS fluid. Repeat the driving procedure and remove and replace one more time. After this third time, you should have removed and replaced just about all of the PS fluid.
i just dump the same dex 3 crap that i also dump in the brake and clutch. Never had a single problem.
I hope you're joking about replacing brake fluid with ATF fluid. If you did, that's a big no no. Those fluids have different boiling points and do vastly different things. If you did indeed replace your brake fluid with ATF fluid, you should immediately have the lines and master flushed thoroughly and replace with a good synthetic BRAKE fluid.

I wasn't low on fluid, but had a noise when turning at slow speeds. Did the above using Lucas PS fluid. Took care of the noise, and the car turns like you want it too.

Not sure what the ATF stuff is you guys are talking about, but it specifically state ON THE BRAKE LID to put in the dex 3 stuff... as does my power steering lid and my clutch lid. They all use the SAME thing.
Your cars bay be different, but that is what I have been using for 120K miles so far and never had a problem with anything.
