need help finding a part for my door?
my door was sagging a bit and i started to look and find the cause of it and its a part i cant seem to find. Its the main hinge pin that connects the door the the hinge that hold it to the body. "the top hinge" and the bushing is cracked. how do i find a new bushing or do i have to replace the whole hinge.

Your doors has 4 bushings per side. Each side has two hinges (one top, one bottom). Each hinge uses 1 large and 1 small bushings, along with 1 pin. The pin on the top hinge faces up. The pin on the bottom hinge face down. The pin is tapered and the "Head" side of the pin uses the larger bushing. The smaller is used on the other side. I've heard that if your bushing has been damaged for along time it will cause the hole to be "out-of-round". This requires the hole to be drilled larger and newer and larger bushings must be used.
The standard bushing and pin set (Dorman 38400) can be found at Checker Auto (remember you need two sets per side):
