If you were putting a rebuilt engine in your car and you had most all the parts to do a LT1 intake conversion would you do it.Is it worth the all the trouble.I would also have to deal with emissions, which means i would have to figure out a way to use the EGR valve

I'd put a 350 stripped down with an 850 Holley and then register it in a non-emissions county.

How would that even work without a opti?
In my LT-1 there wasn't anywhere to put the distributor, but in under the waterfall.
I wouldn't do the smog techs could kick it back as non-stock.

Lots of people have done it. you have to drill some holes in just the right places. there is a guy that converts them for L98 use. No biggie. Just need a converted (or drilled yourself) and the fuel rails from an LT1.
on the original note, i'd avoid it if you are in an emissions state.
