Stone Chips
My car is in the body shop for some touch up painting. We are fixing all the white spots on the car from stone chips. Did Chevrolet use a light colored primer on this 95 or has this car been repainted with a very light colored primer in its past?

I have the same problem with my '93, which has never been repainted.
FWIW, the original owner, from whom I bought the car, said it is a problem with dark C4's because of the light primer.

Yea, the primer on my 92 is probably light gray but it looks almost white under the stone chips on my black rose metalic. It's a real pain but, I love the color. Soooo, I'll just keep touching up for the rest of my life.
