Default P.K.E Use poll.

I read a lot of threads concerning the use of the PKE. Just wondering how many actually use it. PS I hope this works, not sure about uaing a poll

I would much rather have a simple manual lock/unlock fob.

Early tech, good concept, poor execution for whatever reason. It's in the kitchen "key drawer", and stays there.

Nope. Mine hasn't worked for 5-6 months. the PKE warning light has been shining brightly ever since the PKE gave up on me. Finally got tired of the light, so a few weeks ago I decided to just pull the PKE fuse.

Default Hated It

I got locked out my car twice. First time called AAA. the second time called my son. it is now in the kitchen draw, I think.

I like mine. It's funny, but, if I don't drive the car for several days, the PKE works better. If I drive the car every day for a week or so, sometimes the car doesn't lock or unlock until I fiddle around with the fob some.

Yeah, I know this is crazy, but, it happens.

I like it... makes sure the car is locked up even when I have a brain fart and forget about locking...

Nope, I live in an area where I rarely lock my cars or house, etc.

Mine works fine, even though it needs a battery. I've pulled the keys out and set them on my seat, and had the car lock. Just give it a shake and it unlocks.

Yeah mine will too, even though its down to one antenna. The rear antenna is still there, but the one from the left hand door is gone from when the car was converted to right hand drive, and for some stupid reason they never put it back in the right hand door with the rest of the wiring. The plug is there for it though.
