92 Drivers window
Where do I start? All of a sudden it wont go up / down.

I would check to see if there is voltage to the window switch, if there is, than check the window motor to see if it has voltage when moving the switch up and down, if it does, perhaps the motor failed. Good luck.

I have the same problem with the drivers side window on my 92. I havent determined if its the switch or the motor yet. It seems like these things crap out as soon as they hit 15 years ol

im having the same issue but i can hear my motor working. so mayb the ribbon? i havent pulled the panel off yet.

86 on up had no ribbon. had same problem on an 88, window mech. had broken weld. bought used mech with motor, on ebay for 60.
