86 Vats Code 46
I am working on a 86 corvette .code 46 vats problem. long story short, no crank condition, I cut b6 wire to ecm and plugged in a correct 15 hertz square wave generator to by pass vats....still no crank. Still get code 46....doesnt that rule out most everything right off the bat except faulty ecm?
