Default Profile updated... thanks.

I do have one question which might sound dumb but I'm new to vettes so... I've been told and I know not to get the optispark wet. However, how do you clean the engine without water? Do you cover it up or what? Thanks for your imput.

The answer is "Very carefully!", think of it this way
Opti-spark + water = Superman + Kryptonite

For what it's worth, I find that a bottle of Simple Green, a tooth brush and a damp rag work pretty well.

(Just don't tell the wife that I borrowed her toothbrush...)

I just noticed that you got the car from JH23, search around the forums, the other previous owners post here as well. I'm sure that they can give a lot of good info on the car.

Default There's pics already on here.

This car used to belong to Jamie (aka JH23), but I'd be happy to take some more. I'll have to get someone to tell me how to post pics though.

Default Yeah,

Jamie is a great guy. We met in Alabama to do the sale. I read all his posts plus the post of the owner before him which I believe was in Georgia. So far, I love the car. I rented a 2005 vette in Vegas back in September and put about 700 miles on it. I just can't afford one of those... yet. but it'll come one day.

Congratulations on the Ruby. I was in Vegas over Thanksgiving and saw a couple of people driving around in the rent-a-Vettes. How much did that set you back?
I was also really disappointed as I took the monorail down to the Sahara to do The Drive but there was a sign there saying they were closed!!!!! Pizzed me off cause they were still advertising it around town. I wanted to pay my $10 and drive a new C6!

I also tried to win this Z06 but the one-armed bandit ate all my money and didn't give me squat!
