A useless exhaust thread
I was crusing with my girlfriend in my '85 the other day and she told me that my vette isn't loud enough and told me I should put headers on.

Headers will not give the sound she is looking for. Put a cat-back system on, magnaflow or flowmaster should give her a nice rumble.

On mine I just eliminated the mufflers. It sounds great. I plan on replacing the entire exhaust this spring so I didn't want to spend much cash last year. It's always an option.

Make certain you install the LT's first. Then when with the factory cat-back exhaust she says it isn't loud enough, throw on the magnaflow system!
